We’re making some big (exciting) changes to the way you access Terminal 1 at Perth Airport. This includes new pick-up and drop-off zones, along with a multi-storey car park with the opening of our new transport hub, P1.

If you’re planning a trip to Terminal 1, please allow a little extra time and follow the signs as you approach the terminal.

Pick-up and drop-off areas

Terminal 1

Passenger pick-up and drop-off for T1 will soon be located on the ground floor of P1 via Airport Drive. When P1 opens your journey will change, and the current pick-up and drop-off will no longer operate.

We encourage you to take a moment to watch the video of the new P1 pick-up and drop-off area.

Terminal 2

If you’re travelling through T2, you have a few options. The existing Express pick-up and drop-off area outside T2 will remain available for passenger pick-up and drop-off. You can also use the new P1 pick-up and drop-off facilities.

When P1 opens, the existing T2 taxi and rideshare facilities will close, and all T2 passengers will be able to access these services on the ground floor of P1.

Pick-up and drop-off has moved to P1

Passenger pick-up and drop-off for T1 is now located on the Ground Floor of P1.

Perth Airport has nearly doubled the number of pick-up and drop-off bays previously available on the T1 forecourt, helping to reduce congestion and improve traffic flow during peak periods.

Dedicated lanes and improved traffic management make entering and exiting the facility quicker and more convenient for drivers and passengers.
